Returns Policy

At Glow Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition—unworn, unused, and in original packaging—with proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Personalised or engraved items, gift cards, and sale items are also non-returnable.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at help@glowjewellery.ie with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to proceed.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as Glow Jewellery is not liable for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

  • Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Faulty Items

  • Reporting: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at help@glowjewellery.ie with details and photos of the issue.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund. Faults reported after 3 months may be considered general wear and tear.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included a free gift and the return reduces your order below the qualifying amount, the gift must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from your refund.
