What shipping options do you offer?

We partner with An Post, Ireland’s national postal service, to deliver your orders securely and efficiently. 

  • Republic of Ireland: €6.00 for standard delivery and €10 for express delivery.

  • United Kingdom: €10 for standard delivery 

  • Europe: €14 for standard delivery

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times after dispatch are approximately:

  • Ireland: 3-5 working days.

  • UK: 5-7 working days.

  • Europe: 7-10 working days.

Please allow additional time during peak periods such as holidays.

Can I track my order?

You will only be able to track your order if you select the Express shipping service.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €80 within the Republic of Ireland. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across the UK and Europe using An Post's international services. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

What happens if I'm not home for delivery?

If you're not available at the time of delivery, An Post will typically leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery. 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at lauren@glowjewellery.co

We cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order has been dispatched.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
