Option 1: Measure with Paper

1. Wrap a thin strip of paper around the finger you want to wear your glow ring on.

2. Mark the spot where the paper overlaps.

3. Lay the strip flat against a ruler and note the measurement in millimetres.

Option 2: Measure an Existing Ring

1. Place a ring you already wear on top of a ruler.

2. Measure the inside diameter in millimetres — make sure you measure straight across the centre of the ring.
