If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards, and sale items are also non-returnable.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Faulty Items

  • Reporting Faults: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at help@glowjewellery.ie with details and photos of the issue.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund. Faults reported after 3 months may be considered general wear and tear.
